Long-term Residential Care
For individuals with long-term chronic disabilities, Lakeland Health Care Center provides a full range of services in a residential setting. Working in close collaboration with social workers, recreational therapists and rehabilitation staff, Lakeland’s RN’s, LPN’s and nursing assistants provide a level of care that can only be achieved through an outstandingcombination of personal and professional skills.
There are special programs for residents with dementia and memory loss. Support is also available for family members and spouses.
