Lakeland Health Care Center is a safe, friendly and nurturing facility where residents, families, staff, and volunteers collaborate to create an environment that encourages individuality, personal choice and self-determination.

Each day, a variety of activities takes place throughout our 190-bed center.  We offer social and spiritual events, including arts and crafts, games, movies, exercise programs, music therapy, pet therapy, therapeutic touch, parties and trips.   Our experienced staff anticipates and responds to the needs of each resident.  At Lakeland, we aim to provide each individual with the opportunity to lead an enjoyable and meaningful life.  Our staff members take pride in their jobs, and treat all residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Lakeland offers a variety of service options, including Long-term Residential Care, Short-term Rehabilitation, Subacute Medical Care and Respite Care.

Through The Wound Center, we provide a comprehensive approach to wound prevention and healing, using the latest technologies and treatment modalities.

The Stroke Center addresses the complex clinical, social and emotional needs of stroke victims.

Lakeland caters to clients requiring most types of Intravenous Therapy.

We specialize in dealing with swallowing disorders, and offer specialized VitalStim® Therapy for Dysphagia.
